Welcome to our underwater high definition site. Here you will find underwater footage shot with high definition HDV cameras and encoded to FLASH & H.264 videos of the Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia along with other places around Australia. The HDV footage was shot with the a FX1 and A1 using Amphibico Phenom and EVO HDV underwater housings. Most of the clips hae been encoded out @ 1.5mbps so you will need a good net conection to view then in realtime or you may have to wait for them to buffer abit. The clips were cut up with EDIUS on a 3.2 ghz QUAD PC and we used a free open source encoder to encode out the FLASH CBR 1.5mbps H.264 mov clips from Canopus HQ 1440/1080 files.
